THE WORST APARTMENT EVER
March 12, 2018This is the worst apartment community I have ever lived in. The management team is horrible. Never answers the phone. Rude to you every time you call . You get different answers every time you call. I see the community has gone through several different property management companies. B&H was the complete worst. They should bring back UDR when things actually ran smooth and had normal people working in the office. I have to this day never received a call back from the manager , who apparently ...works there part time . If I could give this dump a zero I would. Within the last two years the pool was always down, they actually closed the pool for over a month . The staff is literally the worst . I have no idea how they can even hire people that have no training and have no idea what their job is. The owner needs to take a look at their team and figure out what the actual problem is. I had to contact B&H corporate and talk to the property manager in another state to see if she could reach out to the regional for this dump. I hated this community and I don't RECCOMEND ANYONE TO LIVE HERE.Property Manager Responded

WORST COMPLEX EVER
June 7, 2017Let me start of by saying that the majority of positive reviews about this place are written by the staff... -Safety: There was a recent break-in in the building across the pond from me, and nothing was done for security measures, in fact, gates were left open the following three nights. -Resident only gate has been broken for weeks, forcing residents who make the mistake of going to that gate to preform an unsafe Uturn/ unnecessary cross traffic turn in the busy intersection. Nothing has been ...done to fix this. -Parking: there is insufficient parking throughout the neighborhood, leaving residents no choice but to park in the street. My neighbors car was hit, and no note was left, forcing them to pay for the damages on their own.... No response from the MGMT except that they would now be enforcing towing. Towing residents for parking on curbs does not solve the problem that there is not enough parking. -Attempted to stop by the office THREE separate times in one day, and the leasing office was vacant. (Opened late, took an extremely long lunch, and closed 30 min early. 'Very convenient') -Brought it up to the management team that advertised amenities were in poor quality (The majority of gym equipment is either broken or in poor shape, the printer is less useful than a printing press, and the pool is very dirty/ not large enough for the entire community). Was told that this is how things have always been. -Requested maintenance for a problem that after three visits is still not resolved. IF I WOULD HAVE KNOWN OF ALL THESE PROBLEMS I would have paid the extra $50 or so a month to live one complex down.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

October 2, 2015Let me first start by saying that the staff at The Place On Millenia are the best. They treat you like family and they always greet you with a smile. The apartment I have is a two-bedroom facing the pond. I can see the pool from my window and on most days enjoy the beautiful sunsets. I spend most of my time by the pool with friends. There are two grills and the pool is immaculate. The place is quiet and always kept clean. At my age quiet is what I like and I'm very happy to have moved here. August 14, 2015The apartment's are nice, and so is the pool and other specialties that they offer, but there is never anywhere to park, and most of the time you have to walk really far distances to your house after finding a spot, they tow your car if your plates are expired, and if you park anywhere else other than a parking spot, they give you a key fob to get in the gate that barely works, and you can bbq on your property. August 12, 2015I love my apartment...very spacious for a one bedroom, maintenance comes either the same day or the next day after a request was put in, and the pool is beautiful woth multiple cabanas .the only things that could be better is the price, it seems to go up every year and the parking situation which is first come first serve..which meant if you work late you probably will not find parking when you get home.Review from Apartments.com
