      Be aware of where your apartment is located in the community. If you are in the back you will be right by the Turnpike. Car noises are heard 24/7 and frequently wake me up in the night. Maintenance is slow to fix issues. Before Greystar took over I could count on maintenance fixing an issue within 48 hours. Now it'll take them 2 weeks to show and maybe fix it. Our toilet started running and had maintenance out 6 plus times to try and resolve the issue. The issue didn't get resolved until I ...
      complained to the leasing office and they sent maintenance out same day.

      If you are thinking of living at The Place on Millenia, I want you to go to an ATM. Withdraw $2000. Now, take that two thousand and flush it down your toilet. Not only will you have wasted the money as thoroughly as you would have by renting here, it will create a maintenance issue that the office staff will shrug their shoulders at.
