DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
June 7, 2019Charged a ridiculous amount at move out, including cleaning fee. Seems like they expect their tenants to shoulder their turnover costs. Maintenance was a nightmare. Would come in with no prior notice and do whatever the felt like. Leasing office never took me seriously when I asked to be notified when someone was entering my apartment. Ignored me when I told them I had pets that needed to be put up. It was a continual issue. The management of this place leaves a lot to be desired. There are ...plenty of other apartments in this price range. You would be better off going somewhere else that actually cares about their tenants.Property Manager Responded
June 7, 2019We do try and give advance notice of entry when possible. In the rare instance of a maintenance emergency, we aren't always able to give advance notice. Maintenance does not schedule appointments, so if a work order is put in, the request is serviced on a priority basis. We reviewed your move-out charges and they are in-line with our Schedule of Charges you signed at move-in. We do not charge for normal wear and tear, but we do charge for items that have to be cleaned or replaced, left damaged, or for items that you leave behind when you move out. We strive to give our residents the best living experience in Lafayette and apologize if your experience was anything less.

Overpriced Joke
March 26, 2018Management is a joke. Left a $200 deposit. Just received a bill saying they had to replace the carpet in an apartment I stayed at 45 times in a year at best. Didn’t even move any furniture in. Had a bed in the living room and that’s it, didn’t even use the master at all! They’re obviously desperate. Not to mention over priced for a vintage piece of crap. Feels like you’re in a 1970’s diner. Go somewhere else. Notice multiple reviews were left on the same day. Obviously fake reviews. One even ...from someone that works at the same company. June 7, 2019We understand that not every person is going to agree with our assessment of their move-out charges. We document the move-out with photos, especially where damages are related. Every previous resident has the opportunity to dispute their Final Account Statement. We do not charge for normal wear and tear and every resident signs a Schedule of Charges at move-in that clearly breaks down what they will be charged for at move-out if the apartment is left damaged or dirty. We have never posted fake reviews or posted reviews for ourselves in any fashion. We do have many employees that live on our properties and often they choose to leave a review with their own living experience at the property. We are sorry if your experience was less than stellar, as our goal is to provide the best living experience in Lafayette.
