Old Building

October 4, 2015 - Review from Apartments.com

The building is old and well maintained. Maintenance requests are handle by the Superintendent, who is a non specialist handyman. You will end up with different paint color on your wall. Cable outlet is located on top of your door and your are responsible to make the connection in your living room. Management sucks. - When you need a replacement for your stove of refrigerator, it will take days for you to have it. - Rent is due on the first. Grace period till the third after that $50 late fee. ...

On the 7th, they take you to court and you will be responsible to pay their attorney fee of $150 on top of the late. - Make sure your apartment is complete ready before you pay the deposit.
