Sale Removes Inept Regional and Onsite Management

I moved into my unit at the Plaza in 2023 and have been more than disappointed by the lack of community and detached management. Recent developments at the Plaza indicate that the Sares Regis' onsite manager, a short, portly groveler, and a disinterested, flaky, inept regional manager, will be departing the Plaza. tough, with a significant level of dissatisfaction among many residents and others. The phrase "it would be hard to set the bar any lower" suggests that the outgoing incompetent management has performed poorly, leading to a desire among the residents for change. Celebration Plans While there is a sense of celebration in the air due to the impending changes, it is noted that any festivities should be postponed until Sares Regis and their management team have completely vacated their positions. There is a cautious optimism among residents that things will improve.

With generally responsive staff (both management and maintenance), and amenities including in-unit w/d, ample affordable parking, and spaces to do my favorite activities (swim, yoga, gym), The Plaza is just off the freeway and is in a nice location. I like the suburbs and really enjoy living here.

I have loved living here for the past 3 years. It has been a safe environment for my kid and me. Any issue that I have had has been resolved immediately by management and the maintenance team here is awesome!! They fix any issue immediately and are pleasant amd easy to work with. Also, online orders are safely held by the management team or through a mailbox. Great experience overall.

Community by the bay. Great community to live in with all the amenities. Walk able to big stores like Costco, Safeway , CVS etc. Bay trail is close by for biking, running and activity with kid.
