Our rent is paid on the first of each month however, those amenities we pay for aren't working. Our experience has been good however, it could be better. The only thing luxury about these apartments is the price
March 2, 2024I live in one of the newest buildings so the following problems are not due to the age of the building. Intercom system frequently not working so you’re forced to go down to the lobby to let your guests in or receive packages or food delivery. HVAC system is excessively loud! You’ll never need to wonder if your heat or air conditioner are running. Water pressure is so poor you’re not able to rinse food off your dishes or get conditioner out of your hair! There is no card room or separate ...areas in the clubhouse for residents to use. In fact, they have refused to even provide a table to play on. Pool also frequently closed.
