There is constant construction in the vacant apartments been going on for at least two years. Sometimes it sounds like a jackhammer above your head all day and management consistently fails to notify you. I feel bad for all the dogs… Also, the elevators are regularly down which is a terrible issue given this place is a maze and only certain elevators go to certain floors so if you have accessibility issues, it could be very difficult to get to your floor meaning, you will have to climb all the ...
stairs. Also, the fire alarm goes off all the time, in the middle of the night. This place is a mess. But Vincent at the front desk is great and so is the maintenance crew and so is the location.
