I do not recommend living in AMLI properties. Recently the elevator of my building was out of service and it took the management office 14 days to fix it. During those 14 days there were unapologetic and basically said it wasn’t their fault the elevator broke down. I have 2 knee replacement surgeries and I find it difficult to use the stairs specially carrying groceries or heavy items. shortage of services provided and the duration of this situation, they refused saying the elevator is a common space and an amenity and that AMLI is in no obligation to provide the amenities because they are not listed in the lease. So, if anything breaks, say the pool, the gym, the playground etc. you as a tenant have zero voice to complain and you are expected to continue to pay your full rent regardless of the state of the property and they can easily refuse to fix things because amenities are not in the lease. So, please, do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else.
