I love Loop 83. I have no complaints about this apartment community. Everyone who works here is super friendly and responsive to all my needs. I’m glad I have a warm and welcoming environment I can call my home! I can’t forget to mention Liz, the property manager who is such a sweetheart. Thank you for everything you do to make sure me and my family live in a safe, clean and loving environment!

Look 83 is the most beautiful place to leave. They are respectful with all people. Is relax I love I can do exercises. All the supermarket, restaurants are around the place. I love loop 83.

Overall, I would recommend Loop 83. Apartments are good quality and have nice appliances. Sometimes neighbors can be noisy. My only recommendation would be to lower the rental rates by roughly 10% to 15%. I believe rental rates are slightly too high for the square footage offered, especially in the one bedroom apartments.

Exceptional Living Environment

Gina and Connor were very helpful and accommodating throughout the application process. They let my wife and I visit the apartment several times before we made our final decision. They have a nice social area with a pool table and kitchen area that you can rent for small private gatherings. They also have a conference room and space throughout the lobby were you can work privately and quietly. They also offer free coffee and tea throughout the day which is a plus. I definitely recommend Loop 83 ...

We’re very happy living at Loop 83. Between the amenities, location, beautiful apartments, dog-friendly community, and warm leasing office staff, we’re already thinking about extending our lease only a month into living here. Its close proximity to Boston is a huge plus, as well.

Great Community and Management

Been living here for about two months now, with no issues. My neighbors are friendly, and management is communicative, very nice, and helpful. What I thought was unique is the events they hold at least once a month, like they have catered breakfast and also have done a toy drive for Christmas. Maintenance requests are done fast and efficiently. Some amenities were delayed, but management was honest about the situation and provided gift cards. I was very surprised!! Great place to live.
