The tenants are super friendly and I’ve never had any issues with loud noise during the night or on weekends. Eric and Veronica are super professional property managers and all issues are resolved almost immediately. The property was built a couple years ago, so there is no real concern for maintenance issues. However, Carlos is a great maintenance supervisor and all my 2 maintenance requests these past 2 ...years were resolved the same day. July 13, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comThis place started off great but they raised prices by a lot. Amenities are far and few between. The maintenance on this building is awful, lately they've been spraying the garden sprinklers all over residents cars.
