Great Place to Live
November 21, 2022Been living here for almost 2 years and the property has always been clean and spotless. The tenants are super friendly and I’ve never had any issues with loud noise during the night or on weekends. Eric and Veronica are super professional property managers and all issues are resolved almost immediately. The property was built a couple years ago, so there is no real concern for maintenance issues. However, Carlos is a great maintenance supervisor and all my 2 maintenance requests these past 2 ...years were resolved the same day. All around great place to live - the pool is an amazing spot to relax. highly recommend.Property Manager Responded

Good Management
July 28, 2022Eric was amazing during the move-in and move-out processes. He is always friendly and ready to do what he can to help. The apartment was nice but the walls are super thin. Any other small complaint I could have is more a people being people issue. Good overall.Property Manager Responded

Not great
July 13, 2022This place started off great but they raised prices by a lot. Amenities are far and few between. The maintenance on this building is awful, lately they've been spraying the garden sprinklers all over residents cars. Management claims they can't do anything about the poor maintenance of the building.Property Manager Responded
