May 27, 2026I love the community here! Everyone has been so friendly and welcoming. The common areas are very clean and well-maintained. Very dog-friendly, too. The managers do an outstanding job at creating events for the community, including sip and paint nights, food truck visits weekly, and sidewalk sale weekends. May 27, 2026I have lived here for 4 years and I love it! The grounds are kept very clean, the community feels very safe and quiet and the maintenance crew is always around to help and get things fixed or completed. May 12, 2026I enjoy living at The Point. However, there are issues with parking near my building, specifically evening hours and weekends. There are no limits on the number of parking spaces for each unit and there are vehicles being stored in the parking spaces. I have raised this issue with management but no resolution was achieved.Property Manager Responded

March 15, 2026Living here has been a generally good experience so far. The community is quiet and the property is kept in good condition. Maintenance has been responsive when needed, and the staff has been helpful and professional. The location is convenient and the amenities are nice to have.
