June 7, 2025Going into my fifth year at the Point and I am so proud to call this my home! This place is absolutely beautiful in the summers when everything is bloomed. It almost feels as if I’m living at a resort. The ladies in the office are amazing, always pleasant and happy to help with anything. May 21, 2025I’ve lived at this complex for five years and have always paid my rent on time and maintained a good relationship with management. Despite that, I was recently informed that my lease would not be renewed—without any clear explanation. After years of being a reliable tenant, this decision feels incredibly disappointing and impersonal. Additionally, interactions with the staff have become increasingly unwelcoming, and communication has lacked transparency. It’s unfortunate to end a long-term ...residency on such a negative note. I would not recommend this complex to others looking for long-term stability or respectful treatment from management.Property Manager Responded

There was a mixup with our storage unit, Bri assured us that she will have the matter cleared up soon. The communication with the pines email are very informative.
