September 1, 2025Bree and Anna have been wonderful and super helpful. Since the first day we toured to all the question in between to move in day. Everything has been seamless and always get a response back quickly. The grounds here are well taken care of and beautiful. However, as a long-time resident I can say that much of my input with my apartment and the community is not often taken seriously as a valuable resident. I spent 2 FULL days with a Palladium window replacement for a window that was replaced 16 months ago. I would just appreciate acknowledgement that there were errors made by Bozzuto Management for installing a faulty window knowing these windows were faulty to begin with.Review from Apartments.com

August 2, 2025We love our townhouse and the community we live in. The only issue is surprisingly with maintenance. It was always great but we have been having trouble with our ice maker. There have been several visits with each time being told it was fixed. It’s not!! Overall the community is wonderful but we are frustrated by this issue.Property Manager Responded
