Another plus is the way the utilitiy payments are handled- each family is responsible for their own versus sharing it with the building, which is the case in other apartment complexes.

I would definitely recommend this place they are very clean and smell fresh I can’t say anything negative about the place you can tell that they really try to make the environment safe n clean. I love the fact it is smoke free so no smoking in or out the building which is awesome as my kids n I have asthma and we do not need to be exposed. The place is the best I have visited so far.

The apartment was in brand new condition/spotless when we moved in. My son loves the pool, common area, etc. Office staff are excellent and most helpful! The Maintenance crew respond immediately, and resolve any concerns we have. The area is safe and everything is easily accessible.
