I truly enjoy living here. It's quiet, clean, organized and safe. Maintenance is promptly working on requests. The only thing I will point out is the smoking of substances in the premises. The smell sometimes is overwhelming. I noticed that an email was sent out recently addressing the issue, but I don't think residents and/or their guests are following through with the rules.

So far, move in went smooth. Apartment looks all new, new appliance and new carpet. Would have given 5 stars but the washer and dryer seem to very old. I haven’t used them just yet to see how they are working.

Love living here they get things fixed quickly. And the amenities are great. But it’s frustrating at night when coming home and there are visitors parked in front of the building so I have to park far away from my building and walk at night alone.
