April 21, 2025Apartment was clean and ready for move in. Leasing staff was very kind and professional the maintenance team are helpful and very approachable. The appliances looked clean and new. September 11, 2024It has been nice living here but I do think prices are steep in base rent, especially with the added trash and amenity fees. I understand a lot of people pay for the location and to be in a complex, but the apartments are on the smaller side for the price. It is also pretty difficult to get through to the leasing office most days. Other than that, the residents are very friendly and laid back, and the property is well maintained.Property Manager Responded
