November 28, 2025Morning and Happy Black Friday. Since, my last review here at Point Still River. I have no complaints what so ever. IDK if it's just my apartment (LOFT) but I don't hear anyone or any noise from my neighbors. I love my apartment, so peaceful and quiet. Thank you!1Property Manager Responded

Everything was well-organized, making a typically stressful day feel smooth and easy. A huge shout-out goes to Briyanna—she has been incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. She's a fantastic resource and made us feel welcome right from the start. June 15, 2025Overall it is a very nice place to live. A lot of the building 3 and 4 folk tend to be very rude. Would love to see speed enforcement from time to time. Also many of us that live here truly feel there should be adult only hours for the pool as it is often over crowded with kids. Some of whom don’t even live in the community. Since you raise rent every renewal with nothing new to show for it, we all feel it’s the least you can do. Than this place would be amazing.Property Manager Responded
