      Mostly quite complex. Last minute notifications (such as a late Thursday evening text to say the complex is sold and resident portal will close THE NEXT DAY with no information on how to make sure rent payments are set up for next month) are poor management, rude, and leave a sour taste for whoever did buy the complex…

      Horrible smell coming out of the sink. It was Sulphur in the water. We were told to flush the water tank and that should resolve the problem, but it still is producing that horrible smell. I understand there are multiple residents who are experiencing the same issue. I feel that the Leasing office should have disclosed this problem prior to us signing the rental agreement. Let us make that decision if we wanted to live with that SMELL or not. The stairs are extremely dirty. I am ashamed to have ...
      anyone visit. I requested for someone to clean the stairs and it took about 3 weeks to respond and then they did a horrible job at what you would call pressure washing. We are paying luxury prices to live here and I feel that they can do a better job at making the property into what they boast about it on their website.
