December 25, 2020Poor space:price, quality:price, and amenities:price ratios. Outdated and poorly maintained. There are way better options around. No empathy for tenants during COVID. In addition, there is no minor amount of crime and delinquency within the apartment building.Property Manager Responded

Very satisfied resident
May 2, 2020I'm going into my 9th year living at this nice community and I would not want it any other way... The office staff is always nice and genuinely interested in everyone's well being, and the maintenance staff is always responsive to the resident's needs. In over 8+ years living here, I've never had any issues or complains. They do a fabulous job of making the apartments feel like a community with creative events like an annual luau, ice cream socials, wine tastings, you name it! Awesome is the word to use
March 21, 2013I moved in a few months ago and I think this place is awesome! The best thing here is the fitness center, it has everything I need that i was able to cancel my gym membership.
