June 1, 2025Living at The Pointe at New Town has been a convenient and comfortable experience. The location is ideal—close to New Town shops, and several grocery stores. My apartment was modern, spacious, and well-lit, with updated appliances and an in-unit washer and dryer. The community is quiet and feels safe. Maintenance was generally prompt. Amenities like the gym and pool were well-maintained, and parking was always available. May 8, 2025I’ve lived at THE POINT since around 2013. When I first moved in it was considered a ‘Luxury’ Complex. However, I have witnessed It go down significantly compared to others in our immediate are. Landscape contracts are inconsistent, no contracts in place for snow removal, no up keep of the building. Parts missing from roofs, holes up in the top of the roof opening into the attic, fences broke down all over the complex and not fixed or removed,front doors not painted yearly as in the beginning ...when Courtney was here, units and windows not washed down annually as when Courtney was here. Continual personnel change in Admn. is also an issue. We rarely see them or even know who they are. Not visible out in the complex. Used to be like a family. I miss that. On a more positive note, our Maintenance Managers are very competent, friendly, helpful, kind, personable and Know their Job. They’ve been nearly as long as I have. They are very valuable to the successful running of this complex.Property Manager Responded

April 27, 2025The houses, maintenance team, and staff are all wonderful. The only thing I don't like is the surplus of dogs everywhere. They bark through walls and sometimes owners don't pick up after them.Property Manager Responded
