July 27, 2025I have been here for over 3 years now. Initially, The Pointe at New Town was a well needed fresh start, at some point (pun intended) most people find themselves for various reasons in need of a change. Since I moved here, I found a community of people who have been friendly, helpful, and professional. All the staff, from office personnel, The maintenance staff, and even the various mail delivery drivers to be very awesome. Whenever I’ve had need of their services, the maintenance staff ...were very quick and effective in fixing the problem and the grounds are well well-maintained as is the overall property units. There’s plenty of parking and space to walk around, ride a bike, walk your dog and it’s just overall located in a very convenient part of town. U can walk just one block over and have access to many of the towns, dining options, as well as professional businesses like banks, health, tech. and clean place to live whether you’re by yourself or raising a familyProperty Manager Responded
