The team in the leasing office made my move in easy and painless. I was running late on my move-in-date, and the gal in the leasing office was able to accommodate a late arrival for me. So far, it's been a great experience with the team here and a nice quiet neighborhood.

We ran into several problems with trying to complete everything online. We had to call back several times none fault of theirs. We talked to Farrah several,times and she was the best help possible. Farrah got us through the hole process and so far everything is on go for Oct move. Thanks Farrah.

The Point at Newtown townhomes are located at a great location, spacious bedrooms and closets, oversized garage, and I love having three floors (good daily exercise). Even the maintenance crew has been responsive and nice.

I have had such a wonderful experience at The Pointe! The team in the office, the neighbors, and support team are incredible. The properties are well maintained, its a lively dog community, and a quite retreat from what can be a busy Williamsburg. The only thing that can be frustrating is the traffic through the neighborhood. Residents tend to ignore posted speed limits and some of the traffic patterns are a bit tricky if drivers are not paying clear attention.

Me and my wife love it here, they take good care of us and we got the place that we have been looking for for a while. Everything is close by and if you a person that like to walk everywhere this is the place for you. I love the gym, the pool, and the open door BBQ places
