April 28, 2026I have had such a wonderful experience at The Pointe! The team in the office, the neighbors, and support team are incredible. The properties are well maintained, its a lively dog community, and a quite retreat from what can be a busy Williamsburg. The only thing that can be frustrating is the traffic through the neighborhood. Residents tend to ignore posted speed limits and some of the traffic patterns are a bit tricky if drivers are not paying clear attention.Property Manager Responded

The amenities are top-notch, and it's in a great location. I love the modern design and spacious layout of the units. The building's vibe is really homey and welcoming.
