No Pool One of the MAJOR reasons I chose to live here is the amazing pool. However, it is now halfway through June and we still can’t use the pool. It’s disappointing. I know they’ve said they’re working on it but this is getting frustrating. I will likely consider moving at or after my lease ends if this is how things continue to be run.

Generally good experience with one exception I've been in my apartment for about a month and love it. The people are nice, quiet, and generally keep to themselves. The apartment is a good value for the money and amenities are decent. The one issue I've had is with maintenance. I put in a maintenance request regarding my dishwasher when I moved in and it still hasn't been addressed and it's been over a week. Part of what I expect my rent to address are maintenance requests in a timely manner. ...

New Management Ruined It We certainly enjoyed our first few years while leaving at The Pointe, things felt as you’d expect for a nice apartment complex. Everything has seemed to have gone downhill bringing in the new management team. The residents are one thing but for a “non -smoking” complex both tobacco and marijuana, constantly. It’s one thing to send an email but it’s another thing to send multiple, know who it was, and do absolutely nothing about it further. The parking situation is so bad ...
now people constantly got away with parking in the most inconvenient places right on the curb. Multiple times it would make getting in and out of our garage much for difficult. There is a very particular neighbor who feels entitled to a handicap spot and has gotten away with leaving a cone in the spot whenever they leave with once again, no stepping in from management. I have actually been in the office with whole the old staff was making an actual attempt to get them to stop and I felt for awhile they did. Despite their efforts, once again the cone remained in the handicap spot with zero effort to put an end to it. The current staff also constantly left the office locked at about 5:30pm calling it a day when the hours are clearly stated until 6pm. This made it difficult on numerous occasions to speak with them while trying to get home from work during the week or if needing to retrieve a package from the mail.
Overall, the apartment and was very nice and we enjoyed it a lot. However, yes, it was heavily tainted towards the end of our time there with the lack of discipline taken by the office when trying to get anywhere with them.

Broken A/C for 30+ Days Health and Safety Issue

If you're considering living here, beware: the A/C in my unit has been broken since early July, and despite repeated requests, follow-ups, and office visits, it's still not resolved as of August 6.
The apartment regularly reaches 93°F indoors, with only one room cooled by a small portable unit. The rest of the space is unlivable, and I’ve had to confine myself to my bedroom for weeks.
Despite being told the condenser was available, repairs were delayed for weeks, with repeated failed attempts ...
to fix it. I’ve also contacted emergency maintenance with no response and found the leasing office often empty during business hours.
The property is well aware the unit is inefficient—even a third-party contractor flagged insulation issues months ago—yet no help has been offered for increased electric bills or rent relief.
This experience shows a serious lack of urgency, poor communication, and disregard for tenant health and safety. Renters deserve better.

Barking dogs, noisy neighbors (rarely a moment of peace and quiet) parking is bad, ( car was hit in the parking lot, (hit and run) pool / patio is filled with loud people & music, trash cans are not to be left in the hallways during non trash pick up times but they are, and just an overall not concerned attitude by rental office and even if they are in office they're not friendly.

Expect the following if you intend to live here:
• Mold in your unit that won’t be fixed despite your request at the beginning of your move-in
•Vehicle Break-ins from residents & outside sources causing extensive damage
•Vehicle damage (dings and scratches) weekly from other residents no matter how careful you park
•No parking spots near your building at any time, expect to walk
•Occasional homeless people trying to sleep in the building/enter your home. The complex made effort to fix main doors ...
by adding on a lock, but the doors themselves don’t close without force so they’re left open anyway
•Maintenance will enter your home regardless of your request to be there
The location is convenient, but it comes at a price. Lack of Security has made me feel unsafe and anything you request on paper during your Unit review upon move-in, those will be ignored.
Everyone has different experiences, this was mine and despite any efforts I’ve made, there won’t be any changes in the upcoming future
