Shootings occur
March 15, 2023They lied to get you to rent from them. They hound you even after you tell them your situation. Yet will not properly fix anything or compensate you for their mess up. It appears there is no corporate. Shootings occur often not safe for children or anyone it is no luxury living not worth what they trick you into paying for rent drop the price … Do not rent from here… RUN…….Review from Apartments.com

February 28, 2023changed management every 2 weeks nearly. barely can resolve issues. don’t keep their word. kids all in the road , playing in your area, lots of noise , police out here every 2 days, All they did was renovate the units are still poorly fixed. RUN!!!!!!Review from Apartments.com
Don’t move there
November 12, 2022I am currently a tenant and they have tons of roaches very infested and I was told the apartment had new everything but that turned out to be a lie. They don’t care about fixing anything maintenance will take forever I went 2 weeks without hot water. For this to be my first apartment it sucked I advise you to stay far away from the pointe at augusta.Review from Apartments.com
