    I really love my apartment. The folks here are wonderful. Not pleased with "gated community" as advertised. The gate was to be working at the end of March. It works, but is only closed on Saturday beginning at 4pm and all day Sunday? And to top it off everyone was given the same pass code? GATED and secure? No. Not pleased with management not following their own policies and procedures regarding access to the pool. With the gate open everyday except Saturday afternoon and Sundays the ...
    free loaders (non residents) are using the pool. I witnessed this personally. Non residents taking lounge chairs while residents sat on the concrete, music blaring, folks drinking beer in glass containers, women wearing bathing suits that left nothing to the imagination. All with management at the pool allowing this to happen. Not family friendly at all. By the late afternoon there must have been over 80 plus people partying in the pool area.
