Do not move here
January 27, 2021We moved in over 5 months ago and have not had concerned from when we first moved in addressed. Police are outside of our neighbors apartment every week. Water bill is 150 extra per month.Property Manager Responded

As a result of the current pandemic, we are experiencing some delays in hiring contractors. While we're waiting for your window replacement to come in, we've had our team of maintenance professionals ensure there are no drafts coming through. We're looking forward to providing you with enhanced quality when it comes to this area of your home. We've also had the opportunity to review our community-wide water usage with the City of Canton, and from our understanding, the entire city saw an increase which they attributed to more people working from home. We've conducted a meter check to ensure that the water bills within are community are accurate, and while we are unable to verify that your water bill has exceeded the amount you've ...mentioned, we anticipate your monthly spend will be lower in the future. Nice Apartment in a Nice Location
March 18, 2020I moved in to the Pointe at Canton in August 2019 and so far it's been pretty good. There have been a couple of small hiccups. For example, when I moved in all of the screens on my bedroom windows were busted open. However, the maintenance was extremely responsive in that case and in the few other times issues have arisen. I enjoy the location within Canton and its close proximity to Ann Arbor and Detroit. The apartment is spacious with large bedrooms and nice appliances and countertops. There ...are also nice amenities like the pool and fitness center, among others.Property Manager Responded

Great new management
March 11, 2020I moved into the pointe at canton apartments august 2019 and so far I love them. I haven't had any major issues with the apartment or management. When I needed to pay my rent 2 weeks late due to a financial hiccup they allowed me to do so with no problems. Most recently we changed trash companies so the pick-up schedule changed. Due to my job schedule I'm not able to stick to the new schedule. I let management know the problem and they said they will have someone put my trash can back into my ...garage if I'm not home to do it myself. New Management ROCKS!
December 27, 2017The property has always been nice (I'm lucky to have chosen a unit in the 2nd phase - which is very quiet and peaceful), but the old management was a nightmare. They seem to have created a lot of stress for all of us, as residents. They'd tack-on extra fees for just about anything, and BIG ones! I had to go through hoops just to speak with the office manager; they seldom answered the phone, anyway. When they did answer, there was a real lack of concern and little helpfulness. Well... this is a ...whole new ballgame. By a stroke of luck, or an act of God, Village Green acquired our complex and the difference is like night and day. This would be a long review, if I were to outline all the ways the new management has accommodated ME, personally. They have been wonderful - and trust me: I put them to the test with a particular problem I had with my former "roommate." This team is FAIR, personable, available... Drake typically answers the phone himself, but if he doesn't, you'll get acquainted with the rest of the staff - all of whom are friendly and very helpful. I couldn't be happier with this change in management/ownership - VG actually cares about the residents and the community. Five stars! :)Property Manager Responded
