Don't bother
July 26, 2023It was horrible office and trying to get anything fixed was....well had to call the health department 2x. They are horrible and depending on which building you live in is more than a nightmare. I wouldn't waste time or money on this place. Stay Far Away
March 26, 2022I don’t normally write bad reviews, something has to be truly awful to do so, but I have been waiting three months for the refund of my security deposit and still haven’t received it, just excuses and I’m done. I had a horrible experience renting here - to the point I broke my lease after two months and bought a house early. The apartment smelled from day one and never went away. Not sure if it was something from the neighboring apartment that was seeping in or if it was just in the walls. The ...neighbors were SO loud: upstairs neighbor stomped so loud the light fixtures on the ceiling rattled (this is my 3rd 1st floor Apt and never had this issue); the neighbors I backed up to had a big dog that barked every other second for hours on end when his owners were not home and finally my side neighbor would blast his music with lots of bass for hours on end. My heat also never worked and was told they would replace the inside hvac, but never did. Also everything in the apartment was in bad shape - the floors, the cabinets/countertop and everything in the bathroom (the appliances were old, but worked well, so I didn’t mind). Perhaps I just had rotten luck and other apartments there are nicer, but I would not recommend. Esp since I feel now the management company is dishonest now.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

My personal experience
November 30, 2020I was in a real pinch of a situation, returned from abroad had to lay a family member to rest and had to quarantine when returned. I reached out to this complex with specifics in what I was seeking. I had a feeling that the individual wasn't paying attention to my needs to move yet they invited me to look at a unit. I advised that I need a unit that is "READY" not "available" I was assured that once I paid my admin fee and app fee that it would take a matter of hours, submitted the app, ...paystubs, all of the vital paperwork within the hour of receiving the email to process the app. Before I submitted payment I called once again to make sure we were on the same page, I was assured that I would be able to pick up the keys before 5pm. Made the payment online and then the attitude of the agent changed as if I was annoying them. I was then emailed back that my app was denied for financial reasons but I won't be obtaining none of my money back. I make 45k+ a yr and have been with my employer for years so whatever the case maybe I am glad it didn't work out. OH, and the unit that supposedly I am no good for had rust in the kitchen sink and bathroom sink, spider in the bathtub, roaches in the bedroom closet and some of the doors were pained over so many times they don't open nor close smoothly. I did request them to address these issue prior to me moving in, I guess that's why I denied for financial issues. Either way this was an experience.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
