November 20, 2025Good location off us 19. The complex does food trucks on most fridays. Maintenance is slow but when they come do a successful job. Price is a bit much for a 1 bedroom.Property Manager Responded

August 26, 2025I have had a great 3 years here. No laundromat situation really sucks and definitely will be the reason I Don’t sign a lease next year. The In Unit ones a tiny and can’t fit bed sheets. At least before we could go to the laundromat. I’m tired of hearing that “we are figuring it out.” I really hope you aren’t listing that as an amenity, it’s been down for 2 years. I DO NOT believe they will fix anytime soon. Anyway, I have had a good few years here minus the laundromat situation. Good maintenance, ...good clubhouse workers.Property Manager Responded

Not great
July 30, 202550 year old buildings with old pipes-constant leaks. Office doesn’t answer any calls/emails. Maintenance team are good people but not supported by management. Constant highway noise, marijuana smoke, overall not worth the rent.Property Manager Responded

May 10, 2025Alex has been an excellent new addition to this community! I talk to a lot of residents here and they all have said something positive about him! He’s incredibly thoughtful and you can visually see how much he cares. I have been in customer service most my life and while he may be new to the apartment world, he has an unteachable skill which is the ability to connect with others! I see this time and time again as my dog always drags me into the office to get a treat and say hello to Alex and ...others! Monica is always pleasant and helpful too! Very friendly people you have!! New maintenance team is OUTSTANDING! I’ve lived here for almost 4 years.My new lease will be coming soon and I am going to sign based on the positive changes that have taken place over the last year! My only complaint is of course the laundromat. You finally got the gas situation figured out, we were able to use them and then one day without any notification, all the machines gone without explanation. Send an emailProperty Manager Responded
