May 1, 2025I’ve been living in this apartment complex for a while now, and I couldn't be happier! The management team is super friendly and always ready to help with any issues. The amenities are fantastic, with a well-maintained gym and a lovely pool area that’s perfect for relaxing on weekends. The community feels safe and welcoming, with plenty of friendly neighbors. April 30, 2025This is a nice apartment complex but there are some things that are bothersome. The resident buildings are not kept very clean, and the pool and amenity areas are very small compared to how large the complex itself is. This has nothing to do with the complex, but I have had severe issues with amazon deliveries since I have moved here. The only other downside, which again has nothing to do with the complex itself, is the fact that there is virtually nothing to do outside of the complex. There are ...not any parks near by and you have to drive at least 30 minutes to get to a large retail space store not including the grocery store.Property Manager Responded

March 29, 2025Would not recommend this facility. Paper thin walls & ceilings with very noisy neighbors. Expensive trash pickup, severely restricted on what will be picked up and somewhat intermittent service. Prior to living here, I had weekly trash pickup for a 4-bedroom house with more trash cans at about ¼ the cost. If I have to discard much of my own, I'd rather save the monthly fee and dump it myself. Super cheap appliances. Can live with clothes washer & drier, but dishwasher and refrigerator is a ...pain.Property Manager Responded
