March 29, 2025Would not recommend this facility. Paper thin walls & ceilings with very noisy neighbors. Expensive trash pickup, severely restricted on what will be picked up and somewhat intermittent service. Prior to living here, I had weekly trash pickup for a 4-bedroom house with more trash cans at about ¼ the cost. If I have to discard much of my own, I'd rather save the monthly fee and dump it myself. Super cheap appliances. Can live with clothes washer & drier, but dishwasher and refrigerator is a ...pain.Property Manager Responded

March 20, 2025We have been here for 1 year and we really like it here. It right off of I-85 so that is very convenient. The schools here are excellent. The complex is overall really quiet. I do however wish that this place had a car care center to where you could hand wash your car and also to where you could do minor work on your car.Property Manager Responded
