Nice but make sue you get a top floor apartment!

I lived here for almost 2 yeas on the second floor. While you can not hear you neighbors on the sides of you, you can hear your upstairs neighbors every move. You can hear them walking around, moving furniture, vacuuming, if they have pets, you can hear them as well. Also, depending on what complex your in, parking is very limited. I would sometimes have to park at the opposite end of my apartment- which is a huge inconvenience if you just went grocery shopping. Overall, this is a nice place to ...

I've lived here for 2 years and have loved every minute of it. Beautiful apartments, with a space efficient layout. We have an apartment with very tall ceilings which make the sound reverberate, but is well worth it for the way it looks. Honestly, I rarely hear my neighbors (to the side or below), the sound does not transmit through the walls. Only complaint is that there is no online payment option. Overall, great apartment and reasonable rent for the space provided.

These places are awful. I've been here for almost 6 years. And for those 6 years, it has been a joke with neighbors . You can here EVERYTHING that they do. And noone is considerate around here. They blare music until 2 am. Yell and scream. When you tell the landlord.....NOTHING GETS DONE. You may ask why am I still here then? Well they charge so freaking much, we can't save up for a deposit for another place. DO NOT CONSIDER THESE PLACES.

Lived here right after they opened. The top floor apartments are beautiful. Never really heard our neighbors, and we were conveniently located right by everything we needed - grocery stores, hair salon, pizza, and some good bars right up the main road. Its an easy drive into Lancaster city as well. Landlord was cool - but we never had maintenance problems. This is the coolest place I've ever lived - I'd highly recommend.
