April 2, 2025Overall it’s pretty good. However, 4 times since I’ve been here in 6 months the alarms have gone off and it’s taken days to get them turned off. I had constant communication with their email service and maintenance took way too long to resolve each time. Working from home was nearly impossible since the system is right outside my door. I asked for a credit and they wouldn’t honor it even when I informed them it was a contributing factor for when my lease renewal will come up. I was truly hoping ...they would consider and make a better effort since small things go a long way.Property Manager Responded

January 23, 2025Completamente arrepentido de averme mudado en estos apartamentos mucho ruido departe de mis vecinos de arriba y son desconsiderados ruidos después de las 9 de la noche ninos corriendo y tirando cosas que se escuchan la unidad de el apartamento no me ha funcionado en tiempo de invierno reportes se han hecho y todo sige igual el bill de la luz muy costoso cuando los perros hacen sus necesidades los inquilinos no lo recojen dejan los escrementos de sus perros en la grama.
