      I wanted to take a few weeks before submitting my thoughts about The Pointe at Heritage. First, the office team is wonderful- they are attentive to detail and actually care about the community! The residents (from my experience) are also wonderful as they treat the complex not only as a rental community but also as their home. The management team goes above and beyond to encourage that sense of community by sponsoring a number of events to engage the residents in that sense of community- and ...

      I absolutely love this community. This is my favorite community since being in North Carolina for the past six years. The management team as well as the maintenance team are very responsive. The community is always well kept, and the neighbors are extremely polite.

      The Maintence crew are great! Sometimes I call the office and nobody answers the phone. The i go to the office and there are 3 girls not answering the phone.

      Fast and easy process with applying and moving in. Can’t wait to build memories and start a lot of new beginnings here. The renovation in the apartment is beautiful. Wish the balcony was a tad bigger but over all I love the apartment so far.

      Ive lived here for almost 2 years now. I havent had any issue with maintenance or admin staff. Areas are usually clean. Never had an issue with parking.

      It has been declining over the years. Dogs and nosy people are the biggest problem. I pay way too much to have dog dropping in front of my patio, literally next too the waste bin.

      Im new so I really dont have a full opinion of the community, but from the first time entered the facility everyone has been exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The receptionist is amazing and so helpful with everything. So far now things are great.

      I just moved in over this past weekend and so far, everything has been awesome. I applied for a later date but life happened and suddenly needed to move in a lot later than expected and the staff here was able to accommodate me and move fast. I would recommend this community to friends and family!

      I enjoyed using the pool here and walking around the campus. The gym is very useful. I recommend people to use it for themselves! The mailbox and mailroom are close and easy to access.
