I love this complex. Safe, quiet, fun pool area, and Maintenance is quick. My apartment itself is cute and spacious. I enjoy my balcony and outdoor storage space. Every once in a while I see bugs inside but that’s bond to happen, I never had an infestation. My only complaint would be how quickly the hot water runs out.

I have partial enjoyed my experience. Parking is terrible I feel as though having at least two assigned parking spots per apartment would help I never get to park near my building.

It’s been ok, I’ve been here now for about 5 months , i love the trails to walk my dog, maintenance is getting a bit better, with coming out, i wish we could get the concrete pressure washed inside the building while coming into your house, it looks dated for the area, and as for as the landscaping goes, its still an eyesore.for the grass that can’t grow do to the roots of the trees can we put More pebbles down, with all of that the location is great

Truly I like the place and you get what you see. I say don’t be fooled by some of the amenities though. The pool trees need to be cut down, buildings need new fresh coating, spiders everywhere, and the flex app allows you to split your rent payments but pay more money.

It’s the best place I’ve ever lived. I love the community gatherings, the wooded trails, the parking, the fixtures and layouts. Maintenance is a delight to work with. Everyone in the office does a wonderful job at answering questions and making me feel welcome.

I love my new apartment, everything was freshly renovated and very spacious with a lot of closet space and perfect layout of rooms …. My family and I love it here and it’s super cozy ! Elizabeth in the leasing office is super nice and helpful, since we are new to the area she gave us great guidance for shopping and dining! Absolutely love it here.

Awesome location, great parking, good size floor plan mostly, small complex, Bri is responsive, trees and shade are lovely, reasonably priced compared to other Greensboro apartments (expensive compared to Cary though). Dirty when we arrived, water was running. Maintenance was unresponsive.
