November 25, 2025I love this complex. Safe, quiet, fun pool area, and Maintenance is quick. My apartment itself is cute and spacious. I enjoy my balcony and outdoor storage space. Every once in a while I see bugs inside but that’s bond to happen, I never had an infestation. My only complaint would be how quickly the hot water runs out.Review from Apartments.com

October 15, 2025It’s been ok, I’ve been here now for about 5 months , i love the trails to walk my dog, maintenance is getting a bit better, with coming out, i wish we could get the concrete pressure washed inside the building while coming into your house, it looks dated for the area, and as for as the landscaping goes, its still an eyesore.for the grass that can’t grow do to the roots of the trees can we put More pebbles down, with all of that the location is greatReview from Apartments.com

October 15, 2025Truly I like the place and you get what you see. I say don’t be fooled by some of the amenities though. The pool trees need to be cut down, buildings need new fresh coating, spiders everywhere, and the flex app allows you to split your rent payments but pay more money.Review from Apartments.com

July 24, 2025I love my new apartment, everything was freshly renovated and very spacious with a lot of closet space and perfect layout of rooms …. My family and I love it here and it’s super cozy ! June 11, 2025Awesome location, great parking, good size floor plan mostly, small complex, Bri is responsive, trees and shade are lovely, reasonably priced compared to other Greensboro apartments (expensive compared to Cary though). Dirty when we arrived, water was running. Maintenance was unresponsive.Property Manager Responded

June 10, 2025It’s been pretty good, very quiet and great location, everybody seems to be busy in their own world, the only thing i will say is that the landscaping needs a little work , with more grass, i do like the sidewalks where i can walk my dog.
