I enjoy my balcony and outdoor storage space. Every once in a while I see bugs inside but that’s bond to happen, I never had an infestation. October 15, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comIt’s been ok, I’ve been here now for about 5 months , i love the trails to walk my dog, maintenance is getting a bit better, with coming out, i wish we could get the concrete pressure washed inside the building while coming into your house, it looks dated for the area, and as for as the landscaping goes, its still an eyesore.for the grass that can’t grow do to the roots of the trees can we put More pebbles down, with all of that the location is great

The pool trees need to be cut down, buildings need new fresh coating, spiders everywhere, and the flex app allows you to split your rent payments but pay more money.
