May 3, 2026I love living at the Point at Lenox Park. All of the staff are incredibly helpful! Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and fully completed. The leasing office does a nice job of bringing the residents together for events, although I would like to have more opportunities to attend! One thing that could be better is the commitment to safety. The front gate has not been working more times than I would like to see. Although this has been brought up various times and the length of time to ...get it fixed has to do more with vendor availability, I don’t think that’s acceptable.
