I moved from upstate NY 8 years ago.t the community is relatively quiet and close to shopping and essentials. The maintenance staff was always efficient and professional. I valued the response time with any of my requests. Some of the restrictions the management enforced were difficult to understand. Children were limited to a small park area which may cause safety concerns. The traffic and speed of the main drive could use speed ...bumps to improve.
