Good location
August 16, 2025My experience living at the pointe at manorgreen was pleasant. I moved from upstate NY 8 years ago.t the community is relatively quiet and close to shopping and essentials. The maintenance staff was always efficient and professional. I valued the response time with any of my requests. Some of the restrictions the management enforced were difficult to understand. Children were limited to a small park area which may cause safety concerns. The traffic and speed of the main drive could use speed ...bumps to improve. The parking for residents was challenging at times with no designated assignments . Overall my experience was pleasant.Property Manager Responded
