October 15, 2024I would like to say regarding our community there is no togetherness. New management has made attempts at bringing the the tenants together. I’ve lived here for years. There was no pool for three years when I moved in there was a security gate two years later, no security gate. Was told, it wouldn’t affect their rent. But I thought that was part of the security of the complex and part of the rent. For safety. We’re paying three times for garage removal that usually is overloaded with garbage ...furniture. There were times where it stayed there three days. Before someone picked it up and cleaned up the area. There are a lot of things regarding maintenance that are awful. In the past and recently. July 29, 2024There's gun fire at night. There are FREQUENT breaks and vandalism to vehicles because management refuses to fix the gate they advertise as a feature of the complex. There's black mold, and now we have cockroaches/pests.Property Manager Responded

January 15, 2024I really like living here. Neighbors are friendly and respectful towards their neighbors. Crime is low. I feel at peace at home. I moved here March 2023 and I am planning on leasing another year. The apartment is spacious and I love the two bathroom as there are three ladies in the apartment. July 8, 2023Worst living experience ever. Pray you get a good apartment if you do move here. I’ve had several maintenance issues since I’ve been here & all I hear is there’s a work order in. The maintenance will come fix half the problem & promise to finish the next day to never see them. Rent id to much for them not to fix the problems. I won’t be renewing my lease & advise anyone to NOT move here or any sister properties. I’ve stayed in cheaper apartments & maintenance would never let issues go on this ...long.
