June 1, 2025The community is excellent for easy access to retail. A Florida welcome center and bus transit is within walking distance to access additional Florida activities. The apartment living is acceptable for senior living, but requires additionally improvement for handicap building access and security gates/ building access doors. To continue marketing the apartment as a senior 55 plus active adult lifestyle additional improvements are needed.Property Manager Responded
