I have been a resident for almost three years. maintenance is spot on. they reply promptly and always do a good job. the time it takes to fix major problems, eg. gate, landscaping, elevators, could use some improvement.

I have been a resident at the Pointe for almost a year. Everything about this community had been a positive experience. Any maintenance requests are answered immediately. There are several events to choose from daily. The location can’t be beat. Centrally located in Posner Park close to restaurants and shopping. A new Publix just opened close by on 27 has been a plus. A great 55 community.

I wish there where shuttle to in from activity.
The people are very pleasant. The place is well kept.
Needs more handicap exits for when older people need to get in and out.

I don’t have any issues with the place. I just don’t know how you calculate the charges every month. The just seems to go up no matter what I do to reduce expenses.
