Ladies in the office Jasmin and Anna are amazing to work with. They always have snack and drinks in the office make us feel welcome. Anthony and Ernesto are amazing as well

Management will make you regret your choices here. Some of the worst communication from staff and landscaping will take 7 hours a day and began before 7 am even though staff is not available for you until at least 9 am. Be prepared to be woken up by leaf blowers, staff gathered outside the office and chatting loudly, music blaring from the office or on the off chance it is not caused by staff, a firework from nearby. (They can be constant). Basically expect no regard for quiet hours from staff. ...
Online rent payments are made difficult (can only pay online 1st-3rd of each month, not even accepting early payments). The only pros are that the residents are generally unproblematic and you have beautiful views. But please be warned! You may have problems where you never had them before and you will miss professionalism in staff.

If you are looking for a friendly and safe space for you and your kids, I recommend this apartment complex to anyone I know. Ricardo is the name of the gentleman that helped me. He was polite and was very experienced. He gave me and my family a tour of a few apartments and we loved them.

On a recent visit to Arizona, while looking for a place to live, I toured The Pointe apartment complex. I first noted just how well kept and clean the entire area was and what a beautiful neighborhood. The manager was especially nice and informative. I found the apartments to be spacious and the floor plan of the 2 bedroom apartment gave each room a semblance of privacy. My favorite part was the ability to have a washing machine and dryer in the apartment as well as the numerous parking spots. ...

It's quiet I live on the down stairs can't hear anyone on top maintenance is fast at fixing any problems fast an efficient. Outside is well kept up has a dog area an alot of parking. Close to the freeway

Do NOT waste your time! The staff is RUDE, work orders don’t get completed, parking sucks, there are RATS in some of the lower units and there is ALSO mold in the units also! AGAIN RUNNN!! don’t even ask for a tour! It will be a waste of time!

We are unaware of any rats on our community, inside or outside. We are also unaware of any homes with any mold issues. Work orders are done daily, sometimes emergencies can put back a standard work order, and we apologize for that inconvenience. I would like to get some more details about your experience with us.
