November 2, 2024I’m honestly really happy living here. It’s a great community with good amenities. The maintenance team is fast and efficient when fixing things. The community has great neighbors. We love the dog park for our dog but we do wish they used something other than wood chips for the dog park. Parking is never an issue. November 12, 2024need more discounts. Hate paying for trash disposal when the townhouses dump their trash in our dumpsters also. Should be free. I should not have to pay for the owners of the townhouses dumping their trash.Property Manager Responded

July 28, 2024The staff here are very professional and friendly. From first visit to move in only took 6 days. Had a minor issue in the first couple nights, called maintenance and it was solved same day. Overall I recommend the Pointe at Stafford as a place to live.Property Manager Responded
