My daughter had to take a medical leave halfway through the year and couldn’t return the following year. Despite multiple attempts from both her and us to communicate and find a solution, management ignored us entirely. They offered no guidance, no flexibility, and no help whatsoever. We’re now stuck paying for an unused apartment and trying to find someone to take over the lease on our ...own. Do yourself a favor don’t rent here or let your student sign a lease. No one takes care the trash and the broken packages left in the hallways. When you need maintenance, students and the manager who work in the front desk always tell you to submit an online request. If you ask them when the problems can be fixed, you will be told that they do not know. No one ever come by to your apartment to fix the issue. I’ve never had any issues with the catabus which is really speedy about getting you to campus. They are super pet friendly and there’s a lot of green area for your pets to run around!
