TRAPPED
March 5, 2025Trapped by the friendly staff, cozy community and welcoming area. Theresa, Marla & Amy have been helpful and personable during the move in and anytime I've interacted with them since. The staff has been super accommodating and welcoming. The pool is the perfect place to hang out and relax. People seem to keep after their pets. I was worried about the nearby train before move in, but it's shockingly quiet. All this and it's 30 seconds away from the Colleges in town. Perfect for both a student & an ...adult who works nights like myself.Property Manager Responded

Leasing Agents/Management are awesome
November 4, 2024I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the management and staff. They are kind, responsive, knowlegeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to highest quality standards. The maintenance guys are very good, they have always resolved all our problems within stipulated time. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the buildings are well constructed and maintained. Also, the staff respects the diversity and initiate programs to make the stay worth more. Always ...something fun and exciting going on here every month. Luxury Living at its Finest
October 26, 2024From the newly renovated clubhouse, stainless steel appliances, large garden bathtubs to having Valet Living doorstep trash. The Pointe at Victoria has so many things to offer their residents, with the frequent property events, to awesome community staff. The manager Amanda takes pride in the community. She is very kind and will address any concerns with prompt attention. I would definitely recommend the Pointe at Victoria, such a wonderful community!Property Manager Responded
