Theresa, Marla & Amy have been helpful and personable during the move in and anytime I've interacted with them since. The staff has been super accommodating and welcoming. The pool is the perfect place to hang out and relax. People seem to keep after their pets. I was worried about the nearby train before move in, but it's shockingly quiet. They are kind, responsive, knowlegeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to highest quality standards. The maintenance guys are very good, they have always resolved all our problems within stipulated time. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the buildings are well constructed and maintained. October 26, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comFrom the newly renovated clubhouse, stainless steel appliances, large garden bathtubs to having Valet Living doorstep trash. The Pointe at Victoria has so many things to offer their residents, with the frequent property events, to awesome community staff. The manager Amanda takes pride in the community.
