  • So many better options

    August 9, 2024
    We have lived here for almost 2 years now. When Angela was here she actually listened to our concerns and pulled through. But this new manager doesn't do anything. Trash went weeks without being dumped off. No pest control even though we are still paying for it. Our AC keeps going out and maintenance takes their sweet time coming to fix it. No communication between us anymore. July 4 it went out they said we will be there soon. Nothing. We had little kids with us and they do not care. It was 90+. ...
    I strongly recommend you try any of the other apartments in Shelby nc. Because this place just isn't it.
