April 16, 2026Staircase smokers I would rate the apartment an A overall—the features are great. However, my main concern comes down to the environment I want for my kids. Lately, there has been ongoing police activity and residents smoking marijuana in the staircases. The smoke often travels into my unit, which is very frustrating. I was under the impression that this is a smoke-free property, so it’s disappointing to see this issue getting worse each night. Day 52: Central A/C Still Broken
February 25, 2026I’ve notified the maintenance team, the leasing office, and the management company that my central A/C is not working. I’ve submitted multiple work orders, spoken with staff in person, emailed, and called. Despite all of that, I continue to receive shifting explanations, and the only time I get any information is when I reach out myself. Even then, the responses are vague, and the repair keeps getting pushed back with no real progress.
