I’m still awaiting resolution for the water leakage in the bathtub area.
I have been requesting resolution since November it before. My water bill is being affected by this leaking I’m sure.

Staircase smokers I would rate the apartment an A overall—the features are great. However, my main concern comes down to the environment I want for my kids. Lately, there has been ongoing police activity and residents smoking marijuana in the staircases. The smoke often travels into my unit, which is very frustrating.
I was under the impression that this is a smoke-free property, so it’s disappointing to see this issue getting worse each night. I really hope management can take stronger action ...
