I moved in a little bit over a month ago. The application process and walk through of the apartment was a very easy process. Dana, the office manager, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very clear on expectations and very helpful breaking down the finances. Dana, management, and Hugo, maintenance, are very helpful and responsive with questions or concerns. Even the off hours emergency line is responsive and reliable. I’m very thankful to have found the Ponds and would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking to move to the Roselle area. I’m not being paid or rewarded to say any of this (I wish I was, haha)— I truly feel that in today’s landscape of overpriced apartments the Ponds really does bring a lot of value and many of my neighbors have lived here for years, which I think speaks for itself.
