    It is a lovely and safe community. Only complaint is the package room. With what we pay in rent, it should be more well managed and monitored. Other than that, it is an excellent place to live.

    Great place to live. I would highly recommend The Port House to everyone. My friends are all very impressed by the main building. It is very well maintained and welcoming to all. The mail room system could use a little help but all in all it is good.

    This is a great community! It is tucked away in a quiet and peaceful area while still being convenient to I-526 which allows me to get around easily. The amenities are top notch and living in the main building makes everything easily accessible. I especially enjoy the gym and being able to grab a coffee at any time. The units are also spacious and well laid out. All of the leasing agents and staff have been courteous and helpful with getting moved in. I look forward to continuing to live here.

    We have had a terrific experience at The Port House - From our initial tour to our move in, the management team has been wonderful! Our leasing consultant Micaela has been a tremendous help throughout the process of completing our lease and acclimating to the facilities.     Port House is an excellent community to be a part of. The location is fantastic, close to MP and to the airport. Neighbors are very nice but not too clingy. Social activities happen regularly. Both the clubhouse and the pool are first rate.
