        After 20 days into our lease we have nothing positive to state about The Porter and a laundry list of negative issues which is prompting us for an early lease termination and relocation.

        I have now lived here for four years and have found the accomodations, and more importantly, the staff, to be very helpful and professional. The size of the unit is spacious and the closet sizes are super Of course, the location is near the Canton Crossing Shopping Center which has virtually everything one needs for pleasant living

        I previously lived at The Porter Brewers Hill, and when it came time to move back to Baltimore, I knew right away I wanted to return. The Porter Brewers Hill offers a great community, well-kept apartments, and excellent amenities at a very reasonable price. The location is super convenient with restaurants, shopping, and the harbor walkway nearby. It’s also very dog-friendly, which I love. Overall, it feels safe, quiet, and like home.

        Over all it’s a great place to live. There’s a lot of conscience living here. There are a few things to work on but it’s not a reason to not live here. The price is also a big factor. We are an affordable community compared to other buildings in the area. If there would be a large increase in rent, i would consider leaving.

        I have enjoyed my time at the Porter. However, there have been some issues ongoing like the locks on the entrance points not working (still) between the garage and the hallway. The service workers who come by my apartment are very quick. But for some of the hallway doors there have just been some issues with not locking, as well as the "Butterfly" app malfunctioning. I have had trouble finding packages as well, but I think this is mainly due to the very high number of packages that people order ...
        online nowadays, that it almost requires a warehouse for receiving these packages.

        Building needs new management. It appears no one knows what they are doing and the residents are suffering because of that. Maintenance is horrible and staff are unresponsive. I have had a leaking balcony since I moved in around March. Everytime it rains, water seeps in. Last month, I was told that it does not happened. I have sent photos of the rain from that same week and still have no response. This building does a poor job and I would not recommend. I will not be renewing my lease.
