Wish I never moved in
November 20, 2025Annoying to no end to deal with parking. Neighbors are cops and stomping Stacy upstairs. Floors hurt to walk on, essentially concrete. More comfortable to be barefoot on a sidewalk I swear. Counters are fake. Rental office was nice until I had a problem, then wanted to tell me it was “just policy”. Mail is horrid to deal with and Amazon always delivers to ANOTHER NEIGHBORHOOD. The office also ignored an ADA request.Property Manager Responded

We strive to have every community member feel supported and what you’re describing is not up to our standards. Our records show no ADA or reasonable accommodation request has been submitted, but we’d be happy to review any needs you may have. In regard to the apartments, our quartz countertops and other finishes are chosen for their style and durability, they are outlined in the lease and are true to their description. If any resident experiences issues with appliances or water temperature, we encourage submitting maintenance requests as soon as possible so we can resolve them quickly. While some services like mail and Amazon delivery are outside our control, we’re committed to improving the resident experience wherever possible. IM HOME … IN LUXURY!
November 12, 2025From the moment I toured THE PRAIRIE LUXURY APTS - Alexandra and Dena (management team) have been exceptionally caring, warm, responsive and professional. Anything they promised, they delivered plus they never made me wait for answers! I appreciate how quickly you followed up with me during the application process. It could've been overwhelming, but instead you walked me through every step and before I knew it, I was finished! Thank you Alexandra and Dena for caring! I also met other ...staff(Demonte) and residents too! Demonte took time to help me and the reaidents were friendly and commented how much they love living here. It's clear they care about the residents and take pride in creating a welcoming community. I love the landscaping and so many amenities too. I’m looking forward to enjoying much larger rooms, a garage, laminate flooring (with no carpet), wonderful lighting, tile in the kitchen and bath, decorator fabric shades and huge closets. Spacious!!!!
December 9, 2022I have the one bedroom & it is outstanding!!! The unit is so spacious…. HUGE master closet…so much storage. HUGE bathroom with linen cabinet, porcelain tub & subway tile surround… no fiberglass here! HUGE bedroom that fits my king size bed, nightstand & dresser. The kitchen is beautiful & so functional. The unit is well insulated for sound…so quiet. Even the patio is larger than most other places. We have assigned parking so no searching for a space. The staff & maintenance are very helpful & ...responsive. They truly thought of everything in designing these apartments.
