    Lived here for a few weeks. Initial impressions are good, no bugs so far, location is good, the leasing terms are very flexible with putting up decorations or curtains on the walls, which is good. The leasing staff is very friendly. Parking abundant if you know where to look (there are parking garages under every building, but I feel like a lot of residents don't know how to get to them. There is only one entrance to the parking garage for buildings 2, 3, and 4, with the garage making a large J ...
    shape under all 3 buildings, so I guess it isn't obvious, but it only took me like 3 minutes to figure out.) My only complaint thus far is that maintenance is not the fastest, but that seems to be an issue everywhere, but my toilet valve was broken and I submitted a maintenance request and it was over a week before anyone fixed it. I had to fill a pot with water to "flush" the toilet.d

They explain living in The Prato effortlessly and give great detailed answers to questions. I even met some of the other staff and residents.     My experience at Prato Midtown has felt like a scam. The only good part about this place is that it is close to my job and my children's schools. Otherwise, I spend most of my day killing bugs or trying to fix "completed" maintenance requested that were never truly completed. I hear rodents in my ceiling and though I pay $35 a month for valet trash I can count on my hands how many times they actually come a month. It just seems unfair and very mentally draining to continue double checking behind ...
    maintenance or management to see if my requests have been reviewed or completed. I am a very low maintenance tenant, I do not like bothering others about my apartment issues but it is hard to do that living here. I need better communication and my service requests actually completed without me having to send emails or make reviews.

    so disappointed in the prato at midtown team, maintenance is too slow. I have been waiting for my windows to be fixed more than 3 month. waiting for the animal in my wall to be removed more than 3 weeks. made several request to fix my toilet, it is still running. the dishwasher is not cleaning my dishes and smells,

    I love living here, as this is my second time returning to the property. The staff and crew are considerate, understanding and overall just nice. Especially in the times we are living in, where kindness is needed. As we as a country and individually going through a lot right now. I also love the snacks and free coffee .

    The apartment itself is nice and spacious, the list price is fair for what it provides, and it’s in a good location. However, there are a lot of hidden fees that make the price unfair, the pool is rarely open, and management is a headache to deal with.
