Premiere at Eastmark is located in a great neighborhood with easy access to the 24 & lots of shopping ( soon to be available) . The apartments are built well & have nice appliances, countertops & quality insulated windows. Everything works well & I’ve had little need for maintenance. The property is well kept. I’ve been here 3 years & I have been very pleased. I love it here!

I would never recommend the premiere at Eastmark, it’s an over priced box. Management is lazy, and there is such a high turnaround with management, in 4 years I have met with about 8 different managers running that office. Only 1 of them knew what they were doing and I wish she was still there. No one has any accountability, work ethics or MANNERS! The way management talks to their residents is appalling! Never waste your money on this place unless you don’t mind wasting money.

Premiere at Eastmark is a luxury property inside & out! Great floor plans with granite countertops & upgraded appliances. The amenities are awesome! Covered parking, dog park, a great gym & beautiful pool area! And you can’t beat the great location! Love PE!!

It’s been an excellent experience living here. All the staff and front desk have been so professional and kind and even go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. The building, the pool, the gym are always very clean and well maintained. The front desk sometimes doesn’t answer their calls right away because they’re assisting other people, but from experience, they always call back.
