December 11, 2025I would never recommend the premiere at Eastmark, it’s an over priced box. Management is lazy, and there is such a high turnaround with management, in 4 years I have met with about 8 different managers running that office. Only 1 of them knew what they were doing and I wish she was still there. No one has any accountability, work ethics or MANNERS! The way management talks to their residents is appalling! The building, the pool, the gym are always very clean and well maintained.
