December 11, 2025I would never recommend the premiere at Eastmark, it’s an over priced box. Management is lazy, and there is such a high turnaround with management, in 4 years I have met with about 8 different managers running that office. Only 1 of them knew what they were doing and I wish she was still there. No one has any accountability, work ethics or MANNERS! The way management talks to their residents is appalling! Never waste your money on this place unless you don’t mind wasting money.Property Manager Responded

The building, the pool, the gym are always very clean and well maintained. October 5, 2023Unclean, poorly kept and clearly not inspected by management before move in. I spent my first day here cleaning the unit to make livable. The only redeeming quality was the responsiveness and professionalism of the maintenance staff.
