Lived here for over a year and it was the worst. After 4 months we had 2 closet doors break and come off completely. The bathroom vent broke, the floorboards peeled up, and the drywall chipped off randomly. The mold and mildew is so hard to avoid even with 2 dehumidifiers in the house. Maintenance does their best but its not great, I also had them come in unannounced one day while I was getting out of the shower even though they said they would never come in without letting me know first. Not to ...

mention the noise, walls are paper thin so 24/7 I have to hear one neighbor fight all the time & the others with a dog and baby that won't shut up. They tried to go up almost 25% on my rent come renewal time. It's not even worth what i was paying to begin with.

I’ve been complaining about my neighbor from hell for months now and nothing has been done. I’ve contacted management, courtesy officer who lives on the property, I’ve called corporate and nothing, I’m still dealing with no sleep due to my neighbor intentionally blasting random sounds out her back window through a speaker!

Cockroaches everywhere. The townhouses look horrible from the outside alone, then we walked inside the unit and it was disgusting. NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES! Cockroaches everywhere, on the walls and floor. Black fungus on the door, dirty, the floor had damage, the kitchen had flipped drawers and so old. The half bathroom on the first floor was so gross. I couldn't bare to go to the second floor and left. This is a Catfish situation! Run!!!

I went to tour a two bedroom unit and was not impressed. The unit was not cleaned there were spiderwebs dust and debris everywhere. The floors were uneven and the back patio was not kept. Doesn’t look like pictures.

Not worth inquiring. I was moving to town sight unseen and this was one of my top choices. I called twice per day for weeks, left messages, and sent emails, but management never responded.

Do not move here!!! Worst owners ever. Great property manager though... The new owners will increase your rent like crazy every year. No one picks up after their dog. Things break and fall apart all the time. This place used to be a great place. Not anymore! Do yourself a favor and don’t even look at these places. Save your time and money!

Worst Staff Ever

The service manager here is clueless and very disrespectful came into my apartment three times on a simple AC repair and could never fix it right its still not fixed now i have to wait for a new unit i was given a wall AC which does not work in a 3 bedroom apartment his name is Wayne everytime i asked him a question he would get upset now im looking 2 weeks to get this fixed in this heat I think i will talk to WRAL i feel like they would be interested in this poor treatment and lack of skills on ...

the service managers part i have spoke to four other tenets and we all feel the same way this is our homes show some respect
