    I love the spacious apartment I’m in and the amenities are great. I also love that the office staff and maintenance is always willing to help. Most of the neighbors are nice and respectful but some don’t respect other’s space. Dogs should not be allowed to go into neighbors rented space. There are dog owners that are respectful and I always see them walking their dog in spaces where it’s just open space not where people have to step then enter their home. A solution would be allowing them certain ...

    I’ve really enjoyed living at The Preserve at Cohasset. The community is beautiful, quiet, and well maintained, and the amenities like the pool, gym, and clubhouse are a huge plus. The grounds are scenic and it feels like a peaceful place to come home to. The staff has been friendly and helpful, and maintenance has been responsive whenever I’ve needed something. The location is also great — close to the commuter rail and local shops, while still feeling tucked away and private.

    It’s quiet and peaceful! I just wish people had a designated area to walk their dogs. It’s not fair that they allow dogs to poop in others front and back yards and just leave it there. Maybe a dog walking park would help. The staff is amazing as always helping in anyway they can.

    It is a nice living area. Good amenities and decent people. A little out of the way but not a bad place to call home. The pool in the summer is great
