February 5, 2026I’ve really enjoyed living at The Preserve at Cohasset. The community is beautiful, quiet, and well maintained, and the amenities like the pool, gym, and clubhouse are a huge plus. The grounds are scenic and it feels like a peaceful place to come home to. The staff has been friendly and helpful, and maintenance has been responsive whenever I’ve needed something. They are kind, considerate, caring, respectful, & friendly, all the time. The maintenance crew, Chris & George are always available to answer the why’s & wherefore’s of each problem. December 9, 2025When we moved in four years ago, we were not sure how long we would stay. Just renewed our lease for another year. Our unit's layout suits us quite well. Maintenance is excellent. The grounds are well kept. The leasing staff are pleasant and professional. Our neighbors are considerate and generally wonderful people.Property Manager Responded

December 1, 2025It’s quiet and peaceful! I just wish people had a designated area to walk their dogs. It’s not fair that they allow dogs to poop in others front and back yards and just leave it there. Maybe a dog walking park would help.
