October 19, 2015Since my first day living here I knew i would love this place. The staff from the property manager to maintenance are all friendly and excellent to work with. The office staff take the time to get to know all the residents by name which is phenomenal. The property is well maintain, the many amenities are kept up to date. I don't think of this place as just residence but a community within itself.Review from Apartments.com
Very Peaceful
August 30, 2015Although there are a lot of residents, it is incredibly quiet. When you do meet people they greet you with a smile. Local police officers & teachers are some of our neighbors. Even when the weather is bad in MN there is an indoor pool & hot tub to use, along with a fitness center. The heated parking is a great plus. My unit is set up well, with plenty of storage in the kitchen and bathrooms, and walk in closets in the bedrooms. Each apartment has its own laundry. Preserve at Commece Rogers, MN
August 9, 2015This is a wonderful building to raise your kids. The pool and hot tub are inviting and the billiards room makes for a good Friday night hang out! There are many trails for walking and the Middle school and High school are both within walking distance! The location is perfect for family get togethers whether outside in the courtyard or in the party room. Everyone will love the peaceful Rogers community at the Preserve!Review from Apartments.com

This apartment community is the best!
January 11, 2013My husband and I (newly weds) were moved from California to Rogers, MN for my husband to train for work. We were so lucky to find these apartments where I always felt safe and cozy. The place was very clean with appliances all up to date. Great location, walking distance to a wonderful & cheap movie theater, Cub Foods, great places to eat & not too far from Super Target, Khols, etc. Wonderful & welcoming staff. Maintenance crew couldn't have been more helpful. Heated garage was great for ...wintertime! Nice/ clean gym I used often. Indoor pool and jacuzzi is very nice. Located next to a beautiful park & nice schools in area. Friendly town. Couldn't have found a more perfect place, never felt so safe and cared for.
