Considering all The Preserve at Gateway has to offer, staff included, it is in my opinion the best choice of a over 55 property available in Forney at this time.

Very pleased with new management company. Justin has been here a short time but already has made a huge impact on the property grounds and events. Sharon gets kudos for the events as she brings such a great variety to the calendar that everyone loves. Justin and CW get some kuddos again because when we recently were under snow and ice, Justin and CW were out there in 20 degrees temp, shoveling ice and snow so that residents could walk safely. Keep up the great work team!
