The Preserve at Gateway is the best place to live for those 55 . They have get-together activities regularly and are extremely helpful. Maintenence is also available when you need them. (I had a water leak...not their fault... *I tried hooking up my washer, but did it incorrectly, which caused the water leak.) Anyway, I called, and. they were here immediately and fixed it. They also came back to check to make sure everything was back to normal afterwards.

Preserve at Gateway is a great place to live and has many activities for the residents to occupy their time. Maintenance is top notch and the facility is in great condition.

I love living at The Preserve at Gateway. It's a quiet, peaceful community and the residents are so nice. Maintenance does a great job and always completes work orders. The team is professional and friendly. Great dog park and dog spa for my little dog. Def recommend.

I never thought I’d live in an apartment but after losing my husband, it was a no-brainer. I’ve been here four years now and I have to say, since I have to live in an apartment I can’t think of a better place to be then The Preserve at Gateway. They care about the residence and do all they can to make living here a pleasant experience.
