Bad management
January 14, 2025Upon moving out we had a terrible experience with management. They gouged us with unrealistic cleaning fees after a final moveout inspection was conducted and a much lower fee was promised. Me and my roommate were sent to collections even though we had proof of our final payment. When I questioned management about this they could never provide me an answer on why they wrongfully sent us to collections and why they lost are payment. This wasn't even the first time payments were an issue with ...management.Property Manager Responded
