May 25, 2025The Preserve at Longleaf has been great and I enjoy the monthly events. The apartments themselves also seem great, though maybe slightly dated. The management alsk does seem to keep consistent maintenance of the community, such as replacing all of the gutters with new ones and replacing damaged sidewalks.Review from Apartments.com

May 24, 2025The Magnolia apartments are spacious and comfortable. The maintenance staff is very responsive. My neighbors are nice and friendly. The office staff is accommodating and friendly. The grounds are under renovation to make things better. It is quiet snd I feel safe. Im so happy I moved here.Property Manager Responded
