    Me and my girlfriend love it here and the staff and maintenance are all fantastic and very attentive and accommodating. It's always clean and everyone we've met has been very friendly.     This is a great community whether for brief or long term. The maintenance department has always been prompt, congenial and efficient. Aside from being comfortable in our 3 bedroom Apt, the timeliness and quality of maintenance is mostly what keeps us here. I would prefer different countertops to the faux granite however it's not a deal breaker. Also I have been disappointed that our nice entry has no Christmas lighting for the season. So many of the other complexes in the area r ...

    Nice community, quiet, and friendly. My only comment would be regarding the hot tub’s temperature. I believe it is way too hot (and a lot of other neighbors agree). I really would like to see this issue fixed.

    I'm in my second year living at Longleaf and still loving it. It's quiet, I feel safe, the grounds are mostly well cared for, the maintenance staff and office staff are responsive. I enjoy the community events twice a month.

    I loved living here and will miss my view from my sliding glass door. If I had to do it all over again though, I probably would have picked a second floor so I wouldn’t hear tenants over me. But then again maybe not, because the second floor is carpeted and I hate carpet.

    Love it here, hate that we have to move.. wish there was assigned parking so we could park near our apartment. lots of wildlife and beautiful sunset views. quiet neighborhood.

    I recently moved into The Preserve at Longleaf and have had a great experience so far. The community is clean, quiet and well kept. The staff have been friendly and responsive. My move in process was smooth and everything in the apartment was in great condition. I’m really happy to call this place home.
