November 21, 2024Property is very clean, maintenance is great, everyone in the leasing office is very helpful, kind, and responsive. Hardly ever hear my neighbors. Only thing reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is the newer units have the 2-1 washer/dryer and that can be a pain. Other than that it’s one of the best apartment complexes I have stayed at, and one of the best out of the Morgan properties as a whole.Property Manager Responded

November 15, 2024Love living here, it’s home for me. Management has been nice and understanding. They are mostly considerate of being on top of what’s going on by informing me of what’s happening in the neighborhood. Maintenance request were handled in a timely manner. The complex alone, we have our own gym, pool, dog park and the children’s park. I like it at night when there are lights, feel safe going and out of your car at the parking lot. The complex is convenient and easily accessible to Stores and ...Shopping Centers.Property Manager Responded
