February 20, 2025Overall, the Preserve is a great place to live with friendly neighbors and nice amenities. HOWEVER, the communication from management/staff is poor- where phone calls and emails often go unanswered. On the flip side, the maintenance team is AMAZING!Review from Apartments.com

February 2, 2025Neighbors are for the most part helpful and kind. I will say the marinade men are very, very prompt, courteous, friendly, helpful in getting their jobs done here, both inside the apartments, as well as maintaining the outside. Snow removal is contracted outside. Quick in removing snow, but use way to much rock salt. I love that I am close to grocery stores, restaurants, and many small businesses.Review from Apartments.com

December 17, 2024Very nice location! We love that they have a little playground and a pool for the summer months. Love the coffee in the clubhouse as well. Some of the apartments are a bit dated inside and could use some updating but overall a good value for your money since the cost of renting has really gone up.Review from Apartments.com
