This is my second time living at The Preserve. I absolutely love living here. The staff is great. I enjoy the swimming pools and fitness center. My neighbors are awesome and my apartment feels like a home. My favorite part of living here is the close proximity to everything for my children. They can walk to the gas station for snacks, The library, To and from school, To the Family recreation center and so much more. It lets them be a little bit more independent. They have great friends that they ...

I have lived here for six and a half years and love it. My neighbors are so friendly. The front office staff is very friendly and helpful. Same for the maintenance staff. Always friendly and quick to fix things if something happens. The pools and the grounds are well taken care of. I will definitely be here for another six years.

I have lived in The Preserves for over 9 years. I enjoy it very much. It's a very clean, quiet, and friendly community. It has great amenities, for example, 2 gyms, 2 pools, playgrounds, and dog walking amenities. It's pet and children friendly. I feel safe here. I am 68 yo and plan on living here as long as I am healthy enough. The other two things that are important for me is that we have a responsive office and a maintenance crew that is very good. Move in was easy, the apartment is clean and spacious, and the complex is quiet and comfy. The garage we rented is good size for our vehicle. So far, we are really liking it.

The staff and maintenance staff have been great. Moving in was seamless and easy. I sent in a request to have the blinds and smoke alarm fixed and it was done that afternoon.

Would of been a 5 but when you get emails just assuming something happened will irritate you. The constant apartment inspections are also annoying.
