August 8, 2025I just moved in a few days ago, and everyone from neighbors to the staff has been so welcoming. I moved to Rock Springs without a lot of knowledge of the area and people kept referring the preserve and I can see why. May 27, 2025So far, so good! Quiet and maintenance has been very responsive and quick. Only complaint so far, people are not picking up after their dogs. Lots of dog poo piles in front of building 2224. Tenants need to do better!Property Manager Responded

May 26, 2025We had our apartment on hold for a month prior to actually moving in. Our lease began in May, 2 weeks into our lease, we finally stayed in the apartment, our A/C didn’t work. I submitted a maintenance request and next day it was looked into, however, at the time we were told it was a switch that just needed turned on, so when we got home after work, went straight to turning on the A/C and still didn’t blow cold air. Contacted the emergency maintenance number as the temperature got to 80 degrees ...by 7pm, unfortunately there wasn’t much for them to do so he came by again the following morning and we were told that he had to get the hvac people since he didn’t know what was going on and said he had it set up for the 19th and we’d have Vaughn’s come take a look at it. They showed up on the 22nd and will have to get a new system from what I understood. I wish they would’ve had this figured out prior to us moving in.Property Manager Responded
